In 2009, mirukusouko (Milk Warehouse) was formed. An art unit The Coconuts joined in 2015 and now there are seven members working as mirukusouko + The Coconuts. The member is Naotaka Miyazaki, Naoki Matsumoto, Azumi Kajiwara, Eisuke Shinozaki, Kota Sakagawa, Takuma Nishihama, Hiroaki Takiguchi.
Each member has specialized skills such as electronic control, video, editorial design, civil engineering, architecture, acoustics, landscaping, etc. and consists a medieval-guild-like organizational form which does not draw boundaries between artists and technicians.
They ran “milkyeast” in Hatchobori from 2013 to 2016.

Major solo exhibitions are “Chewing Machine” (2017 / S.Y.P. art space), “Inventory management is a running hot chariot.” (2017 / S.Y.P. art space) etc. And major group exhibitions are “TIMELINE: Multiple measures to touch time” (2019 / The Kyoto University Museum), “Art Award IN THE CUBE 2017, Gifu Land of Clear Waters Art Festival” (2017 / The Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu-city), etc.
